Directions to Spofford Lake, New Hampshire

Spofford Lake is in the southwest corner of New Hampshire, midway between Keene, NH and Brattleboro, VT.

Coming from the west: Take I-91 to Exit 3. You are getting off in Brattleboro, VT and taking Route 9 east, immediately traveling over the Connecticut River to NH.

Take Route 9 east for about 6 miles to Route 63. This crossroads is very well marked.

Go north on Rt. 63, within 1/4 mile you will begin to see the lake on your right. Travel one mile on Rte 63, then take your first right onto North Shore Road.

Spofford Y.C. is on this road-go about 2 miles in and look for the Sunfish signs posted on telephone poles and trees.

Coming from the East, find your way to Keene, NH and head west on Route 9 for approximately 6 miles, then turn right on Rt. 9A. Drive for 1/2 mile to North Shore Road. Turn right and travel exactly 1 mile to the SYC sign and turn onto the road on the left.
