Route 495: "The Long Island Expressway" which is accessible from the Midtown Tunnel, or from any of the East River crossings:

Take Route 495 to exit 59 (Ocean Avenue) and go south. 

Ocean Avenue changes to Lakeland Blvd. as you go south. Follow it past Veterans Highway and the Sunrise Highway into downtown Sayville. 

In town, the name of the road changes to Railroad Avenue. Look for the railroad station on the right and you'll know your getting close. 

At the end of road (at traffic light) is Main Street. Turn left on Main Street and immediately bear right at fork in road onto South Main Street.

Proceed to a traffic light. At light, go right onto Foster Avenue and take to end. 

The Wet Pants Y.C. building is on left side of big parking lot at the end of Foster Avenue.
